At Weiner Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to us.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred carrier with tracking enabled.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
